In an effort to enhance safety at your racing facility: Beginning at the first race of the 2010 season:
For Any and All vehicles crossing the finish line between 150 and 159.99 MPH, it is strongly RECOMMENDED that you use your Parachute EVERY RUN and ........
For Any and All vehicles crossing the finish line at 160 MPH or Greater, the use of a Parachute is MANDATORY for EVERY RUN. As you are aware, any race vehicle (other than M/C) travelling at speeds of 150 MPH or greater, must be equipped with a Parachute. Be Advised this is a TECH item and All equipped vehicles are Subject to Inspection for Proper Parachute installation, condition and operation.
Come back here often, there may be other rule changes. As you are aware the time break for Pro is currently under discussion. The decision to make or not make a change will be completed before the end of February 2010 at the very latest.

At the March 6th track operators meeting it was agreed that the decision to make a time break change for the Pro Class will be deferred until the 2011 season.
There will be NO CHANGE FOR THE 2010 RACE SEASON TO PRO CLASS TIME BREAKS

Starting with the 2010 race season all Pro and Sportsman Vehicles will be subject to RANDOM CHECKS for delay boxes. Be advised random checks are not limited to the initial visit to the tech shed. You may be asked to make the vehicle available for inspection at any time during the event weekend.
This does not apply to timetrials, gamblers, quick 32 etc., however, if entering a no box gamlers race the box must be removed from the vehicle.
Any of the above vehicles found with an delay box of any kind in or on the vehicle (whether wired or not ) during elimination racing shall result in:
First offence - Immediate disqualification of driver and vehicle from the event, forfiture of any and all entry fees paid, any and all winnings (money), as well as loss of any track and ADRA points for that event.
All other tracks will be alerted. The first offence will be filed against the vehicle and driver at all tracks as if it occurred at each track and
Second Offence - Immediate disqualification of driver and vehicle from the event, forfiture of any and all entry fees paid, any and all winnings (money), as well as loss of any track and ADRA points for the year. The offending driver will be fined $100.00 (Payable to the ADRA as a donation).
Failure to pay the fine will result in the driver and vehicle being barred from all tracks in the Maritimes until the fine is paid.
Third Offence - Both the vehicle and driver shall be banned from further events for the balance of the year at all tracks in the Maritimes . In the event this occurrs at the last regular or points event of the year at any track the vehicle and driver shall be banned for the following year.
