2009 Greenfield Dragway Banquet

This years Greenfield Dragway Banquet and Awards Presentation’s will be held at the Best Western in Liverpool on November 14, 2009. Ticket cost is $25.00 per person. The event will begin with a Happy Hour at 5:30 pm and the meal being served at 6:30 pm.

The Best Western is offering a special room rate of $99.00 per room (double occupancy) to those attendees that do not wish to drive afterwards. This rate includes a continental breakfast the next morning.

Rooms can be booked by calling the Best Western at 902-354-2377 or toll free at 1-877-354-2377 and asking for the NSDRA room rate. A block of rooms will be held available until November 1, 2009. After that it is first come, first serve and the room rate will go up, so if you are staying over, book your room early. Just a reminder to everybody that our banquet date of Nov 14th is fast approaching. They are holding a block of rooms for us at the negotiated preferred rate until November 1st.

We also need to know who is attending by November 9th so we can confirm with the caterer the number of meals he needs to prepare.

We look forward to seeing you all there.

This is a brand new facility.

I called today to book 3 rooms and the lady was actually at that hotel, was extremely knowledgeable, very helpfull and nice too.

I guess they couldn't find any rude people to work the phones. lol

Kudos to them. It is nice to see great customer service on the odd occassion and it comes with FREE continental breakfast too!!

Call her up today. It was a pleasure.

We need to know who is attending by Monday November 9th, so we can confirm the numbers with the caterer. So anybody that is still deciding whether to attend or not, pick up that phone and call now.
